How our beliefs show up in the work

What We Do

We don’t deliver programs. We build partnerships. Every engagement is shaped by the leader, the team, and the moment they’re navigating.

Our beliefs shape how we listen, ask questions, read the room, and help leaders see what is happening beneath the surface.

They show up in the practical work of slowing down, noticing what’s missing, adapting to difference, and creating conditions for trust, safety, accountability, and action.

When difference becomes a source of strength, it may look like:

Making space for quieter voices and different processing styles.

Noticing how culture, identity, power, and history shape participation.

Adapting leadership practices for different ways of thinking and contributing.

Building trust, contribution, and shared responsibility.

From there, the work takes shape through four services designed to interplay.

Our Services

Service 01.

Executive Leadership Advisory

For senior leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and change.

Executive Leadership Advisory offers senior leaders a confidential space to think clearly, speak honestly, and make grounded decisions when the stakes are high. Whether navigating a new role, organizational change, relationship dynamics, or a deeper question about how you want to lead, this engagement provides steady support to work through what matters most with clarity, candour, and care.

WHAT THE ENGAGEMENT INCLUDES

In practice, this may involve:

Executive Leadership Advisory offers regular one-on-one conversations focused on the real decisions, tensions, and leadership dynamics you are carrying. It provides a confidential space to be candid without judgment, with support for navigating organizational change, role transitions, conflict, high-stakes decisions, and situations where psychological health, safety, and well-being are directly affected. Throughout the engagement, you have a steady thinking partner who understands both human dynamics and organizational systems.

Engagement structure may include:

  • Bi-weekly 75-minute sounding board or coaching sessions (virtual or in-person as required)

  • Ongoing email/text support between sessions for real-time reflection

  • 360-degree feedback integration (optional; recommended for new engagements)

  • Curated resources and reflective practices between sessions

  • Final synthesis session with a forward-looking personal leadership roadmap

This engagement works best when you’re ready to be candid — with yourself, and with someone who’ll hold that candour alongside you.

FROM CHALLENGE TO CHANGE

Typical challenge

A senior leader is carrying complex decisions, relational tension, and high expectations, but has few spaces where they can speak candidly without performing certainty.

How we help

We provide a confidential advisory relationship to examine leadership dynamics, clarify priorities, explore difficult conversations, and strengthen the leader’s capacity to stay grounded under pressure.

What becomes possible

The leader gains clearer judgment, stronger self-awareness, improved relational effectiveness, and a more intentional approach to leading through complexity.

Service 02.

Culture & Team Alignment

For teams in transition, under pressure, or ready to rebuild trust, clarity, and shared direction.

Culture & Team Alignment helps teams move beneath surface issues to understand what is really affecting trust, clarity, and performance. Through careful listening and facilitated conversation, we help teams name what needs attention, rebuild healthier working conditions, and create practical agreements for more human, effective work.

WHAT THE ENGAGEMENT INCLUDES

In practice, this may involve:

This engagement includes confidential listening and facilitated conversations that help teams name what is happening without blame or avoidance. We surface patterns, pressure points, and what may not be said out loud, then support the team to rebuild trust, clarify roles, strengthen expectations, and create practical working agreements that fit their context, capacity, and readiness for change.

Engagement structure may include:

  • Team diagnostic listening process with individual conversations

  • Facilitated team sessions, full-day or multi-day, with in-person delivery strongly preferred

  • Post-engagement action plan co-created with the team and leadership

  • Optional 90-day follow-up support and check-in facilitation

  • Integration with individual leader advisory where beneficial

We don’t come in with answers. We come in with the right questions — and the experience to help your team find its own way forward.

FROM CHALLENGE TO CHANGE

Typical challenge

A team is committed to the work, but trust has thinned, roles feel unclear, expectations are misaligned, or important conversations are being avoided.

How we help

We begin with confidential listening to understand what is happening beneath the surface, then design and facilitate conversations that help the team name patterns, rebuild agreements, strengthen trust, and clarify how they will work together.

What becomes possible

The team develops stronger trust, clearer roles, healthier communication, more consistent decision-making, and a shared path forward that people can actually commit to.

Service 03.

Speaking & Facilitation

Some conversations need more than a speaker, and more than a facilitator. They need someone who can hold complexity, surface the questions beneath the agenda, and create the conditions for people to think together with courage and care. Speaking & Facilitation supports strategic conversations where the human stakes are high — particularly in areas of workplace psychological safety, equitable access to mental health care, organizational learning, and systems change.

This work is especially useful when an organization is not simply looking for inspiration, but for a better way to enter complexity. It may involve convening stakeholders around emerging research, helping leaders make sense of psychological health and safety challenges, or supporting conversations about equity, access, and care in systems that were not designed equally for everyone.

The format is shaped by the purpose of the conversation. It may be a keynote that opens a day differently, a facilitated dialogue among senior leaders, a research-informed convening, or a working session designed to help people name what they are learning and what needs to change. The throughline is always the same: strategic conversation held with humanity

Psychological Health & Safety Leadership in Action helps organizations move beyond policy and compliance into everyday leadership practice. We support leaders to understand how trust, communication, workload, conflict, recovery, inclusion, and decision-making shape well-being, performance, and culture — and to respond to complex human situations with clarity, care, and responsible stewardship.

WHAT THE ENGAGEMENT INCLUDES

In practice, this may involve:

Support for leaders to translate psychological health and safety commitments into everyday leadership behaviour. Through real workplace scenarios, coaching, and practical frameworks, we help leaders navigate sensitive conversations, conflict, distress, disability-related complexity, return-to-work challenges, and well-being concerns in ways that honour both people and organizational systems.

Engagement structure may include:

  • Discovery conversations to understand organizational context, risks, and readiness

Leadership workshops or advisory sessions focused on psychological health and safety in practice

Scenario-based learning using real or anonymized workplace situations

Guidance on communication, role clarity, escalation pathways, and leadership response

Practical recommendations or action plan to support sustained implementation

Psychological health and safety becomes credible when people can feel it in the decisions leaders make, the conversations they hold, and the conditions they create.

FROM CHALLENGE TO CHANGE

Typical challenge

An organization has policies, commitments, or compliance expectations related to psychological health and safety, but leaders are unsure how to translate them into everyday decisions, conversations, and culture.

How we help

We work with leaders to understand the human and organizational conditions that shape well-being, trust, workload, conflict, recovery, inclusion, and psychological safety, then translate those insights into practical leadership behaviours and response strategies.

What becomes possible

Leaders become more confident, consistent, and human-centred in how they support well-being, manage sensitive situations, reduce avoidable harm, and create conditions where people can speak up, contribute, and recover well.
