Summit to Shore Human Centred Leadership Advisory is a sole proprietorship based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am responsible for the personal information collected through this site, and I handle it in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, organization if you give it, and your message. When you email me directly, I receive what you send. This site uses Squarespace Analytics, which relies on cookies, to understand how pages are used, such as which pages are visited and for how long. I do not use it to identify you.

Why I collect it
To reply to you, and to understand whether and how I might help. I do not use it for anything else.

Where it is stored
This site runs on Squarespace, and my email runs on Google Workspace. Both may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

What I do not do
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not add you to a mailing list. I do not share what you tell me with anyone else without your permission.

How long I keep it
If we do not go on to work together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, it becomes part of the engagement record and follows the retention terms in our engagement letter.

Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to mark.roach@summittoshore.ca and I will respond within 30 days.
